DOMESTIC RETURNS

*DASH accepts returns on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. To process a return, DASH online return form must be completed within 7 days of original delivery confirmation. Once return is approved by DASH Customer Service, packages must be postmarked no later than three days.

NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS:

DASH Brand Merchandise (excluding apparel)

Books

Candles

Sale Merchandise

Accessories (excluding hats and bags)

Swimwear (tops, bottoms, and one pieces)

Intimates (bras, panties, and bodysuits)

Jewelry (anklets, bracelets, body chains, necklaces, and rings, etc.)

Cosmetics/Beauty (hair products & tools, lotions, and makeup)

Perfume

*Exclusions apply, DASH reserves the right to refuse any returns.  

NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS" to receive a refund due to damage or defect. Please contact customerservice@shopdashonline.com to claim a defect.

DASH's Fulfillment Center is located in Los Angeles, California and operates under Pacific Standard Time (PST).

To make a return please follow the next three steps carefully.

Step 1:

Complete online form here ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out. Customer Service will review return eligibility and will contact you within two business days.

Step 2:

Once your return is accepted, print your pre-paid label provided along with the approved return authorization form. Please note: The cost of said return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Step 3:

Safely enclose the approved return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Seal your package and affix with provided pre-paid shipping label or shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.

NOTE: If using your own shipping label DASH strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as DASH will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or late return packages.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to DASH website fulfillment center. Customer will be refunded to their original form of payment.

FINAL NOTE: DASH reserves the right to refuse any returns without an approved online return form. We do not accept exchange of merchandise. In order for us to process your refund, you must complete all steps in the Online Returns insert included in your original package. Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically be marked as ineligible. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns. 

*DASH Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between December 1st - December 23rd will be eligible for an extended Return Policy. Items purchased during this time must be postmarked no later than January 2nd of the following calendar year. This excludes all items not applicable for return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

DASH SHOE RETURN POLICY

Shoes must be. We will not accept returns on shoes with any visible scratches, stains or scuffed soles. Shoes must be returned in and with all original packaging.
