shopdashonline.com is secured through SSL encryption technology, the latest and most advanced security software for online transactions.

What payment methods does shopdashonline.com accept?

shopdashonline.com accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also choose to pay with PayPal, all payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify. Unfortunately, shopdashonline.com does not accept payment with DASH gift card or store credit. 

How do I know DASH received my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation e-mail. 

Can I modify my order?

To add onto an order you will need to begin a new transaction. Note: original transactions cannot be modified. 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please e-mail customerservice@shopdashonline.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

What is shopdashonline.com's return policy?

DOMESTIC RETURNS

*DASH accepts returns on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. Return package(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of original customer receipt and delivery confirmation date.

NOT applicable for returns: DASH brand merchandise (excluding apparel), sale and discounted merchandise, swimwear, intimates, jewelry, and cosmetic/beauty products.

NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage or defect.

DASH's Fulfillment Center is located in Hawthorne, California and operates under Pacific Standard Time (PST).

To make a return please follow the next three steps carefully.

Step 1:
Fill out DASH Return Authorization Form (included in original package) completely; ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out.

Step 2:
You are welcome to use the DASH pre-printed return shipping label enclosed in your original package. Please note: The cost of said return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Step 3:
Safely enclose return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Be sure to include complete Return Authorization Form, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix with provided pre-printed shipping label or shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.

Note: If using your own shipping label DASH strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or late return packages.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to DASH website fulfillment center. Customer will be refunded to their original form of purchase.

FINAL NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All lost, damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.

*DASH Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between December 1st - December 23rd will be eligible for an extended Return Policy. Return items purchases during this time period must be postmarked by no later than January 2nd of the following calendar year. This excludes all items not applicable for return.

Does shopdashonline.com offer price adjustments?

DASH offers price adjustments within 3 days of original purchase.
Note that, in order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.  Please contact customer service@shopdashonline.com for questions and adjustments.

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes, or APO boxes, whether domestic or international.

Is my package insured?

Items over $50 are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to destination shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance. 

Are there fees for customs and import charges for international customers?

Shipping and handling fees charged by shopdashonline.com exclude customs, taxes, and additional charges once package exits the US.
